The other sex crime reported in Boise today was a child porn case. For possession of child pornography, if found guilty, the accused can be put in the Idaho State Pen for up to ten years and be fined up to $10,000.
The fourth crime reported in the Idaho Statesman today is a drug charge for possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, trafficking marijuana, the manufacture of marijuana and possession of meth. Like the sexual assault, it is the number of charges against the defendant that will ultimately create a larger sentence.
